These terms apply when you book Glowing Moments (প্রদীপ্ত মুহূর্ত) for wedding photography, cinematography or related services. The booking agreement you accept when you book is the final word on your package, price and dates.
Booking and dates
A date is reserved for you only after we confirm your booking and receive your advance payment. Please check the date, time and venue details in your booking carefully and tell us quickly if anything changes.
Packages and payments
Each package lists what is included. Anything extra is agreed with you and priced before we begin. Payments are recorded against your booking, and the remaining balance is due as agreed in your booking agreement. Final delivery of files may wait until the full balance is paid.
Changes and cancellation
If you need to change a date or cancel, contact us as early as you can. Changes depend on our availability, and any cancellation terms follow your booking agreement.
On the day
Our team works to capture your day carefully. Because weddings are live events, we cannot control every circumstance such as weather, lighting, access or timing. Please give our team the time and access they need.
Delivery and usage
We deliver your edited photos and films in the formats and time given in your package. You may use them for personal purposes. Glowing Moments keeps the copyright to the work, and we show it publicly only with your consent.
