Yes. Multiple events can be booked on the same calendar date, subject to the event schedule, venue and crew availability. Our team will coordinate the schedule accordingly.

Any positive payment confirms your booking once we have verified it. We recommend a 20% advance of your booking total.

The final payment is due 7 days after your last event. Your photos, Trailer and Reel are never held back for payment. The Full Video and any physical items (Pendrive, Photobook) are released once the full payment is received — we will remind you gently if any balance is outstanding.

Yes. Depending on your requirements, additional events and available add-ons can be added to your selected package, subject to availability. Customized and discounted packages are also available — message us on WhatsApp or visit our office in Mymensingh.

Pre Wedding and Post Wedding coverage is part of the Storytelling packages (Nikah and Sonaton) and of the Both Side packages. Regular packages have their own specified coverage. You can leave the date of a Pre or Post Wedding open when you book and set it later on your page. Please check the individual package details to see exactly what is included.

Yes. Glowing Moments provides wedding photography and cinematography services in Dhaka and across Bangladesh. Any applicable travel-related requirements or charges will depend on the location and booking.

In the Nikah Collection, Bride Side covers the bride's family: her Holud and the Wedding — from the Baraat's arrival to the farewell. Storytelling adds a Pre Wedding shoot, the Mehedi and a Post Wedding. Groom Side covers the groom's Holud, the Wedding and the Reception (Walima); Storytelling adds a Pre Wedding shoot, the Mehedi and a Post Wedding. Both Side covers everything (the Nikah as its own day is in Both Side Storytelling).

Yes. In the Nikah Collection every event — Holud, Mehedi, Nikah, Wedding and Reception — is on its own day, with its own coverage hours shown on each package. If your Nikah is on the same day as another event, tell us when you book and we will plan it with you.

You can add or change the songs for your films on your wedding page until 15 days after your last event (a Pre Wedding shoot has its own list, until 15 days after it). Tap "Done" when you have finished — your video editor gets them all together and starts. No songs? Your editor chooses music that suits your day.

Each package shows its coverage hours. If your event runs longer, extra time may be charged up to 20% of that event's price per extra hour. It is never added automatically — we always tell you first, and often there is no charge at all.

The Sonaton Collection is designed for traditional Hindu (Sonaton) wedding celebrations and includes different combinations of events depending on the selected package.

Available event units include Engagement, Pre Wedding, Mehedi, Colour Fest, Holud For Bride, Holud For Groom, Bride Side ( Odhibash Outdoor + Home Rituals + Wedding Night + Biday ), Groom Side ( Odhibash Outdoor + Home Rituals + Wedding Night + Biday & Boron ), Reception + Vat Kapor, and Post Wedding.

Bride Side is treated as one combined event unit within the selected Sonaton package.

If a Bashi Biye or any additional wedding event takes place on the day after the main wedding and it is not included in the selected package, an Additional Event Package must be added to cover that event.

Yes. If you have an additional event that is not included in your selected package, you can add an Additional Event Package, subject to date, schedule and crew availability.

Edited Photos: Approximately 200–500 edited photos per event, depending on the event and coverage.
Reel: Approximately 30–60 seconds.
Trailer: Approximately 2–4 minutes.
Full Video: Approximately 10–60 minutes, depending on the event, coverage and selected package.

Actual deliverables vary according to the selected package and the events included in the booking.

Your final photos and videos are delivered within 45–60 working days after the last event day. Our team will provide the delivery details for your booking.

RAW files are available only when included in the selected package or purchased as an additional add-on.
